Attorney (Litigation) The candidate will be working primarily in the field of federal civil litigation and commercial arbitration, including a complex fraud action. Will provide the opportunity to work closely with top attorneys in criminal defense and civil litigation. Qualifications: JD Degree/LL.M with 1-3 years' experience in commercial litigation. Must be detail-oriented, work comfortably and effectively within tight deadlines, be highly organized, posses excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize multiple high priority client issues. Must have experience researching and drafting dispositive motions.
