Litigation Paralegal The candidate's practice involves nationwide litigation of patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, technology, and business litigation cases. Must have 5+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience. Prior IP litigation experience strongly preferred, but not mandatory. Patent litigation experience is a significant plus. Should be capable of keeping pace with busy nationwide practice involving several partners and associates. Works independently on paralegal tasks, such as electronic filings, including assembling final documents and exhibits; citation checks; basic legal and factual research; templates for briefs, discovery, motions, etc.; preparing exhibits, notebooks, and other materials for depositions, hearings, and trial; etc.
