Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will handle and assist with construction defect litigation. Should have a JD Degree from an ABA-approved law school. Should have 1-3 years of experience. Must be detail oriented and qualified in review of document production, draft discovery, pleadings and proficient in legal research. Current or imminent admission and/or member in Good Standing with The Florida Bar is required.
