Criminal Associate Attorney The candidate will be traveling to courts in multiple counties throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Advise clients on family law and criminal law matters. Represent clients in court or before government agencies throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Conduct legal research. Prepare written motions and briefs. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Must have 1+ years of relevant experience; prior courtroom experience. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to build rapport with clients is essential; excellent written and verbal communication skills; involvement in the community, charitable endeavors, and other extracurricular activities is a plus. Must be licensed in either Ohio, Kentucky, or both. Above-average knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure is essential.
