Corporate Paralegal The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited paralegal program. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience. Must understand the procedures for corporate filings in California, IRS and CA FTB applications for tax exemption, and annual compliance tax filings. Should preferably have familiarity with: corporate forms in California; nonprofit, exempt entities; and nonprofit compliance requirements. Must have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with any legal case management system. Experience with Clio and Lexicata (legal CRM) software is preferred.
