Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience (preferably defense) in addition to excellent writing, spelling, proofreading and grammatical skills. Should preferably have a thorough understanding of Practice Book, and have experience gathering, analyzing and summarizing medical records, investigation and discovery, as well as drafting motions, pleadings, and IRPs. Knowledge of Federal and Appellate Court is a plus.
