Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will work closely with attorneys to prepare and file bankruptcy pleadings with various Courts in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Will provide paralegal support to the Judicial Services Department on bankruptcy cases. Will be managing, tracking, and following up on assigned files, pleadings, and deadlines. Will be required to communicate regularly with other internal departments, Court personnel, outside attorneys and clients and will be responsible for drafting and filing appropriate legal documents under attorney supervision. Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office products and utilize and upload information to external sites and internal database programs. Must have excellent communication and typing skills needed. Should have bankruptcy experience.
