Defensive Immigration Paralegal The candidate will interview clients, fill out applications, research country conditions, and put together court filings. Should have High school Diploma/GED. Bachelors/Associates degree is desired. Must have 1 year of experience working in a law firm setting. Should preferably have 1-2 years of immigration experience. US work authorization is required. Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking). Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task, handle volume of work independently and in teams, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be detail oriented and highly organized. Excellent verbal, written communication, and proof-reading skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
