Attorney at Law - Personal Injury The candidate work involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial. Should have 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation. Should be licensed and in good standing with the state specific Bar. Spanish bilingual is preferred. Experience drafting and responding to motions are needed. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence is needed.
