Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate must have credentials from an ABA approved law school, be actively licensed by the Kansas State Bar, and have excellent writing skills. Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Experience with Federal and State courts and the EEOC is a plus.
