Employment Litigation Paralegal Candidate will handle all aspects of case management, from drafting an Answer through trial preparation, and would include, drafting correspondence, conducting witness interviews, identifying, gathering and organizing relevant documents, managing case dockets, and interacting with clients. Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have knowledge of document review platforms such as Relativity, West Case Notebook and be able to cite check blue book and California style manual. Professional manner, ability to work well with high profile clients and the ability to assume responsibility for managing a substantial caseload are essential components of the position. Must have excellent time management, writing, communication and organization skills and have the ability to work over-time as needed.
