Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Propounding and Responding to discovery, reviewing appropriate documents and researching law. Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons and discovery. Filing lawsuits and drafting motions. Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials. Qualifications: Qualified candidate will have an ABA Paralegal Certificate and 3-5+ years of experience of litigation paralegal experience and experience in personal injury law. Must have knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court rules. Litigation paralegal must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish required.
