Staff Attorney-Commercial/Financial Services Litigation The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation to assist with financial services litigation cases in multiple jurisdictions. Will be expected to research and draft motions, handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, appear in court proceedings, attend settlement conferences and mediations, and try cases. Should ideally have experience in financial services litigation, including mortgage litigation, and be barred in one or more of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. Note: This is a on a non-partnership track position.
