Paralegal / Case Manager / Legal Assistant The candidate will join Personal Injury firm. Will provide assistance in a growing practice and offer a warm and cheerful greeting to visitors and potential clients on the phone and in person. Duties include: case load in personal injury, taking and making phone calls from/to prospective clients, taking and making calls from/to clients, taking calls and making calls to insurance companies, scanning, preparing letters, meeting with clients, making copies, etc. Experience with Needles case management software would be great.
