Legal Secretary The candidate will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, will conduct necessary case research to aid with legal proceedings. Will provide administrative support to lawyer. Handle communication with clients. Locate and develop case relevant information. Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis. Assist with draft and review of legal documents. Word processing and preparation of correspondence and discovery. Filing/servicing legal documents. Record and store client information. Must have 2-4 years of experience in legal field. Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols is required. Microsoft proficiency is required. Excellent typing and computer skills a must. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
