Associate Attorney - Litigation Candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Must be admitted to one of the following state bars: Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, or Georgia, in good standing with no disciplinary history. Legal experience in federal and state court litigation is preferred. Previous experience in law is preferred. Must have: Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have has successfully managed matters for individuals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and sovereign governments. Must be within reasonable commuting distance of Vienna VA, be willing to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of projects.
