Will be drafting discovery, motions, demand letters, mediation briefs and other motions and correspondence as required by the firm s cases. Meet with both new and old clients. Able to handle multiple files efficiently. May go to trial. 1 year of experience in Litigation, Briefs, Discovery and/or Trial preferred.
