Associate Attorney The candidate will join a plaintiff's personal injury firm. Will handle all aspects of personal injury litigation including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances and jury trials. Will jointly handle cases working directly with partner. Must have jury trial experience. Should have experience with personal injury litigation and be able to take discovery and/or evidence depositions of f(1)(2)&(3) witnesses; make court appearances; and, try cases with minimal supervision.
