Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Must have previous experience in Commercial Real Estate law. Have familiarity with various legal documents. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to build rapport with clients is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must have experience drafting pleadings and related documentation, and performing legal documents on behalf of clients. Having proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook software programs is a requirement of this position. Have a high level of detail-orientation and exceptional proofreading skills. Have a thorough working knowledge of the processes of State and Federal litigation including e?filing, trial procedures, discovery, and document production. Work with the Court, other attorneys, and offices of opposing counsel. Experience with Westlaw, Tabs3, and CaseMap/TextMap software programs is an asset.
