Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare subpoenas and follow up on request for records. Review and organize records. Draft and respond to discovery. Draft subpoenas, motions and other legal documents and correspondence. Calendar deadlines for responses. Retain Expert Witnesses. Assist in Trial Preparation. E-file through the courts. Should have 1-3 years of experience. Should have prior experience with review of medical records, preparing initial discovery responses, preparing subpoenas and retaining expert witnesses.
