Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have experience in general liability, first party property (hurricane claims) or employment law. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical records summaries, and some legal research. The candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate; Paralegals are expected to bill a minimum of 1,600 hours annually. Must have a minimum of three years' litigation experience to join.
