Litigation & Dispute Resolution Paralegal Duties: Prepare and interpret legal documents. Organize and prepare legal files. Conduct legal and factual research. Cite check and edit briefs. Oversee projects and cases. Perform administrative legal responsibilities. Qualifications: Four-year degree. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail and adhering to deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to professionally interact with employees at all levels of the organization with a focus on client service. Flexibility to work paid overtime. Potential for travel. Must be independently legally authorized to work in the United States.
