Workers' Compensation Legal Secretary The candidate duties include: Scheduling depositions and manage calendars; prepare deposition notices, pleadings and subpoenas, edit/proofread heavy dictation and perform data entry tasks as needed. Must possess the following: Experience with prioritizing work and managing work flow; excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Excel and Outlook; excellent verbal and written communications skills with a high level of professionalism and continual attention to detail; strong work ethic and ability to perform as a team player; experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple duties. Experience of 2 years (Required). High school or equivalent (Required).
