Will draft discovery, draft motions, order and review records, document production, research experts, and organize case files. Bachelor s degree preferred. Must have 5 years of civil litigation experience. Must have legal experience to be considered for the position. Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must work well in a team environment.
