Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court (criminal, supreme, federal and immigration litigation) or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as affidavits, immigration applications, criminal motions, state and federal appeals, and briefs. Maintain and update case files. Must be organized and able to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage a substantial caseload. Perform other duties as assigned. 1-2 years experience practicing before the immigration court is preferred. Spanish fluency is preferred. Must be licensed in New York State.
