Associate Family Law Attorney The candidate will help provide a uniquely wide range of family law services. Most of the cases are full-service representation cases. Will also be responsible for limited scope representation, coaching of self-represented litigants, "ghost-writing," paralegal services, and mediation. Must be licensed in California ideally with at least 2 years of recent and significant California family law experience. Must live in Mendocino or Lake county (or is willing to relocate). Must be a detail oriented "people person" with exceptional writing skills and the ability to use technology and systematic processes to manage a steady caseload. This candidate must be open to working within non-traditional service models in order to meet the changing demands of the consumer legal marketplace. Innovation is appreciated. Must be a detail oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be willing to undergo a background check.
