Associate Attorney The candidate will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, bankruptcy, mortgage and transactional matters and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings. Manage cases from inception to completion. Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies. Draft court pleadings. Handle discovery, including filing and defense of motions. Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person. Other duties and special projects as needed. Must have Bachelor's Degree. Should have Juris Doctor from accredited law school. Must have 2 years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law. Should have Admission to practice law in the state of Illinois.
