Associate Attorney The candidate will conduct legal research & analysis on a wide variety of issues related to particular ongoing cases. Draft memoranda. Conduct due diligence. Examine & cross-examine live witnesses. Must have JD or LLM & 2+ years of commercial litigation exp., must have 2+ yrs exp in practicing law in at least 1 of the following areas: M&A, IP &/or antitrust, representing Canadian or U.S. clients in trans-border litigation, international arbitration, or in a civil law jurisdiction and assisting in arbitrations, depositions & trials, making routine court appearances & arguing dispositive motions. Must also have lead brief writing experience at the trial and appellate court level. Must also be admitted to the NY Bar.
