Seeking Employment Litigation Plaintiff's Attorney with 3 years of experience managing Plaintiff employment law cases, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliatory discharge, and wage and hour violations. Candidate will be responsible for handling the firm's employment law cases from initial consultation through litigation and ultimately trial or settlement. Will select from leads generated by the firm through a sophisticated marketing plan. Will work closely with a fully staffed intake team to convert leads into consultations and clients. Will obtain litigation and eventually jury trial experience. Must be ambitious and hard-working, excellent legal researchers and writers, confident speakers with 2+ years of experience litigating cases. Experience with employment cases preferred.
