Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be assisting attorney with drafting, proof reading, and formatting legal pleadings and correspondence. File legal pleadings and documents. Establish and maintain paper and electronic files pursuant to firm policies. Calendaring. Preparation regarding Discovery, interrogatory and depositions. Regularly communicating with clients, Must have 3+ years of Bankruptcy experience. Foreclosure defense experience is a PLUS. Excellent communication's kills. Must be able to multi-task on numerous assignments and deadlines's imultaneously. Fluency in's panish a plus but not required. Associates degree or attorney certification.'s trong verbal and written communication's kills. Experience using case management's oftware are required.
