Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing and understanding title commitments, title policies, and surveys. Preparing real estate-related documents, including but not limited to conveyance tax returns, conveyance documents, settlement statements, authority documents, and entity formation documents. Should have experience with acquisition, development, financing, leasing, title, and survey reviews. Preparing closing binders. Maintaining closing checklists. Affordable Housing, HUD, and public finance experience, a plus. Should preferably have Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 5+ years of experience working in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, title policies, and surveys. Should have 5 years of experience as a Real Estate paralegal. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. Should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work well with attorneys and clients. Should have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office. Strong attention to detail. Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good judgment and decision-making ability.
