Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years of defense (construction defect/insurance defense) experience. Experience must include trial preparation, document management, review/summary of documents, calendaring, Efiling in State/Federal Courts. Preferred experience with AIM/Perfectlaw Case Management and Quincy (discovery platform). Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Must have a successful record of billing as a Paralegal with billing requirements and have one of the following qualifications: Designation as an FRP through The Florida Bar; NALA Certified; Hold a Degree or Certificate as a Paralegal from an accredited Paralegal program.
