Defense Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of civil defense litigation claims in various US jurisdictions. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Work closely with Partners in helping establish the firm's presence in the state. J.D. degree from an accredited law school is required. Should have 2+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience with insurance defense, transportation, products and professional liability is required. Should be admitted to practice in the state of Arizona. Additional Bar admissions is a plus including California, and New York. Legal project management experience is a plus. Commercial Litigation experience contracts is a plus.
