Tax Attorney The candidate will work on a broad range of tax matters including large controversies before the IRS, complex tax planning for corporate and financing transactions, and international and state tax matters. Must have 1-2 years of tax-related experience from a law firm. Should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive-in.
