Must have 2+ years of law firm experience in the areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation; researching relevant case law; trademark portfolio management; trademark clearance searching; due diligence; and trademark and copyright licensing. Should have strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.
