Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Handling and assisting with workers compensation claims. Customer service calls. Assist attorneys in the handling of workers compensation claims representing injured workers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent experience. 1+ Years of Experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, WordPerfect, Word, etc.). Workers Compensation experience. Customer service experience. Able to effectively communicate with clients, spot issues, and assist in the resolution of issues. Effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. Must have excellent customer service skills and work well in a fast-paced environment. Must also be able to work independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
