Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate assists the litigating attorneys in moving litigation cases towards settlement. Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and notices. Monitor deadlines and due dates and ensure that deadlines are met. Draft and respond to discovery. Assist with discovery deadlines. Communicate with clients, opposing counsels, attorneys, and the team. Schedule hearings. Communication with local, state, and federal courts - telephone calls, emails, and correspondence. Should preferably have a Paralegal certificate. Knowledge of civil proceedings is a must.
