Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join personal injury/medical malpractice firm. Should be an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal. Should be organized, outgoing and knowledgeable in the field of personal injury and familiar with all stages of case management and litigation. The candidate should be outgoing and comfortable with speaking with clients and helping them daily. The paralegal will assist attorneys with cases from inception, to trial. Duties will include but not be limited to drafting of Summons & Complaints, Bill of Particulars, discovery responses, motions, and trial preparation.
