Spanish Speaking Immigration Attorney The candidate will be making regular court appearances (at Bond, Master, and Individual hearings), detention center visits, drafting of motions, briefs, applications, and other pleadings, attending client and intake meetings, appeals, and legal research. Preparing, filing, and managing cases with immigration agencies (i.e. USCIS, NVC, DOS) appearing at adjudication interviews, and conducting initial consultations with potential clients. Must have 3+ years of experience as an immigration attorney. Must be very good communicators, have excellent people, and organizational skills, and be trustworthy.
