Attorney - Immigration, Criminal, Family Responsibilities: Represent clients in court or before government agencies; Immigration Court, County Criminal Court, and Family Court (divorces only). Analyze cases, determine case strategies. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals on behalf of clients. Advise and prepare clients for interviews, hearings, and trials. Qualifications: Previous experience preferred and new attorneys also welcome. An interest in immigration and criminal law preferred. Fluent in Spanish highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
