Legal Secretary The candidate will draft correspondence; Prepare/revise legal documents. Will prepare motions/osc for filing and service; Plan and schedule appointments and events. Will answer inbound telephone calls. Will perform various other office tasks; Organize and maintain files. Will coordinate, book and manage travel arrangements. Should have minimum 5 years legal experience. litigation or bankruptcy experience preferred. Must be well versed in Word, Excel, and Adobe. Should have ability to navigate and e-file on PACER/ECF and NYSCEF; Ability to prioritize and multitask. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to work as a member of a team as well as a self-starter.
