Immigration Attorney The candidate will focus in business immigration law and other cases of removal proceedings, waivers, asylum, and family-based petitions, U-Visa, Consular Processing. Will interface one on one with clients in preparation to obtain necessary documents and information to prepare applications, Filing, monitoring applications and petitions with government agencies. Drafting support statements, Drafting motions and legal memoranda, Initiating contact with government agency to obtain necessary information to alert managing attorney of potential delays with applications and / or petitions. Must preferably have 2+ years of experience in immigration law. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is preferred. Must be admitted.
