Legal Secretary / Paralegal The candidate's tasks will include: working in a small office with four (4) attorneys and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. The candidate must be a self-starter, work well with a team, be organized, and have the following skills: Must have Word, Adobe, and document management experience; should have excellent communication skills with clients; Must have ability to handle calendaring of multiple attorneys; Ability to transcribe and draft basic documents; E-filing, especially in state and federal courts; Should have accurate typing of 55+ wpm.
