Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of legal experience, with a defense litigation background. Must be familiar with analyzing and summarizing documents, preparing discovery requests and responses, and preparing subpoenas, among other paralegal tasks. Should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a high volume of cases. Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
