Personal Injury / Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for: Screening calls and potential clients for attorneys' evaluation and consideration; Ordering, reviewing, summarizing and organizing medical documentation and other evidence; Manage clients by direct communication and scheduling with personal injury clients, communicate with clients, adjusters and counsel; Preparation of demands and initial pleadings and discovery; Organizing and calendaring correspondence and pleadings; Preparing of hearing/trial notebooks. Paralegal certificate/Associates degree; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Client Profiles experience is a must. Should have 3-5 years of experience.
