Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience and have significant experience in real estate title, litigation, bankruptcy and creditor s rights. Must have a J.D from an ABA accredited law school. Bar Admission, active and in good standing in Delaware is required. Multiple licenses is preferred. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook and Word.
