Litigation Support / E-Discovery Paralegal Specialist The candidate will perform a variety of duties related to the firm s litigation and compliance work, with a focus on proofreading, cite-checking, and preparing documents for filing in courts, as well as document and litigation management. Must have professional office experience of 3+ years in a legal setting. Should possess strong organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail. Must possess legal cite-checking skills, including the ability to shepardize and Bluebook written materials. Thorough understanding of court rules and filing requirements essential. Knowledge of Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw and internet search engines for research purposes needed. Knowledge of Pacer and ECF filing procedures essential. Experience with eDiscovery data processing preferred. Experience with eDiscovery software (XERA, Relativity) preferred. Experience with document management software essential.
