Paralegal - Civil Litigation The candidate will primarily assist in the defense of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and other tort claims. Must be detail-oriented, have a professional demeanor, be able to work independently, be able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player. Responsibilities include summarizing and analyzing medical records and discovery; conducting social media and other background investigations; drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; communicating with clients; coordinating with experts, and overall case management of litigation files. Should have 2+ years of North Carolina litigation experience. A bachelor's degree is required and candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products.
