Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assist with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product liability claims. Obtain reports, bills and medical records. Maintain case flow by organizing files, documenting details and status, and establishing clear communication between the attorney and client, filing and monitoring of pleadings. Thoroughly document case progress and status in legal management software. Keep clients informed by establishing and maintain contact and effectively communicating case details. Schedule client meetings, depositions and mediations as needed. Should be detail-oriented and highly organized. Must have litigation experience and be familiar with e-portal filings. Experience and understanding of personal injury law and Florida auto insurance. Ability to handle a high volume of cases in a fast-pasted environment. Willing to take on new tasks with a positive attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
