This New England based firm has a Washington DC post that is notable for its attorneys. Well connected and well credentialed, many these attorneys have held prestigious posts in the federal government. The Washington office remains very much a small, branch office, but has the foundation on which to grow.
Health Care Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience, top academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and high personal standards of performance. Preferred candidates will have significant experience in diverse areas of health care law, including, for example, privacy laws including HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and CCPA; corporate transactions; the federal anti-kickback statute, Stark law, and other fraud and abuse laws; physician contracting; and managed care. Knowledge of research law (including human subjects protection, clinical trials contracting, research compliance and misconduct, biospecimen and data repositories, federal grant systems, and FDA regulatory compliance) is a plus.
